Stourbridge Motor House staff were good because they were very friendly and poite. Scott was great and there from start to end to ensure everything was sorted and went through smoothly. Have no complaints from my end and would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service
I would not recommend Stourbridge Motor House because they did not do as promised upon ordering my car they advised it would be serviced and fully checked and cleaned ready for collection 5 days later. None of this was done. I had to email to ask for the service to be booked in so now I’ve got no car for a day again. We had to wait for the car to be cleaned on collection day, which was really annoying as I had to get back to work. So no pre collection checks, no cleaning pre collection and no service as promised. Very unhappy with the service. Will not buy from here again.
